This Privacy Policy describes how www.infectious.in, RAN IDEAS PRIVATE LIMITED with brand name Infectious (the “Site”, “company” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit (or make a purchase if applicable) from the Site or the “company”.

Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you, to fulfill our contract/s, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Source of collection: collected from you.
Disclosure for a business purpose: digitally shared with our banking and payments processor/s payments processing, with our sub-contractors (where necessary), and depending on the products or services you may have contracted/ requested from the company, with our product sourcing/servicing/production partners as may be required for the delivery/development of said product or service.
Customer support information
Examples of Personal Information collected: email, mobile and/or messenger details.
Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.
Source of collection: collected from you.
Disclosure for a business purpose: none.
Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at mail@infectious.in to request deletion.
