Ramanuj Shastry - Co-Founder, Director
Former Chief Creative Officer at Saatchi & Saatchi, Rediffusion Y&R and Publicis Ambience, Ramanuj has served on the film jury at Cannes. His diverse field of work has won him several Indian and international awards. Some of his famous campaigns include 'Thanda Matlab Coca-Cola', Saffola - 'Kal Se' and OLX - 'Bech De'. An ardent Chelsea supporter, he loves playing FIFA and is always trying his hand at new things.
Nisha Singhania - Co-Founder, Director
Recognised among the Women Leaders in Indian Advertising, Nisha formerly headed the Mumbai offices of Rediffusion Y&R, and Saatchi & Saatchi, prior to which she was a strategic planner. Some of the clients she has worked with include P&G, Unilever, Tata Group and Skoda. She is fascinated by product design and loves cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
Sid Singh, Chief Operating Officer
Having spent over 26 years in advertising, Sid has played an instrumental role in the growth journeys of major brands like Emami, TVS, Western Union, Godrej SaraLee, Marico and Kaya, to name a few. He has previously worked at multinational agencies like Leo Burnett, Ambience Publicis, Rediffusion, as well as boutique agencies like Salt Brand Solutions, Famous Innovations and Hyphen. Loved by clients and creatives alike, he brings with him a deep understanding of business and the Indian market, and has a knack for selling great ideas without creasing his brow.
Shabbir Motiwala, Chief Content Officer
Shabbir started his career in advertising as an Assistant Director at UTV, back in 1993. He went on to manage production at Ambience Advertising, after which he became a director and directed more than 50 commercials and then took over as Head of Production at BBH India. Shabbir has worked with reputed brands such as Honda, Coca Cola, Panasonic, Nissan, Toyota, Unilever, P&G, Reckitt, ICICI, Colgate Palmolive, Google, Castrol, and many others. He has earned multiple awards at Cannes Lions, The White Pencil at the DnAD as a producer.
Viraj Chorghe, Head of Production
Viraj loves working behind the camera, whether it's clicking pictures of breathtaking views or editing videos to perfection. He is an enthusiastic traveler and explorer, and believes in living life to the fullest.

The mother of a four legged cutie 'Simba', Anarghya is a sunflower in human form. Her aesthetic is partly inspired by Taylor Swift and Kpop. Often lost in books from different countries, crime documentaries, and foreign language films, her ultimate dream is to write and direct a psychological thriller.
